A beautiful soul that brings so much calm to the anxiety that oral reading brings our kiddos. We have completed three classes thus far and have seen great improvement in areas our daughter struggles with. She looks forward to waking up extra early (before school) to read with Teacher Stephanie which is a huge testament because she has never been excited about reading and especially not thrilled with waking up early. Our only regret is that we wish we had sought StrongMinds out sooner!

Allison has been an amazing patient teacher to my son with his reading. My son really likes his time with her! He needed a push and motivation and she is doing just that.

StrongMinds really plans and focuses off what my child’s weaknesses are and not just going over easy materials that my child already has a handle on. Also, the pre-assessment was great prior to the sessions starting.

Teacher Stephanie was an amazing virtual tutor for our son. He was a bit reluctant when he started his sessions in January, however, she learned about his interests and developed lessons around those topics. We enjoyed our time and noticed growth with her application of structured literacy with of SOR strategies. She had him spelling words, working on his comprehension and oral reading fluency. She was great and her demeanor was always kind, patient, and jovial. Thank you Teacher Stephanie and StrongMinds!!

This is a wonderful and dynamic class for my children! They love it and I can see their progress, and the instructor is wonderful at tailoring the class to their needs.

This class has helped my dyslexic child steadily improve her reading. Parents, please don’t expect drastic improvements right away. This is a skill that takes time to develop.
